Country to City Bridge (C2C-Bridge)

C2CBridge aims to explore attractive alternatives to private cars for commuting between rural and urban areas with a user-centered public transport service. Services with autonomous, platooning-capable, car-sized call cabs and intelligent transfer hubs are to be investigated holistically. Citizens and other stakeholders will be involved via immersive visualizations.

The FAST-LB is involved in the development of structural and interior components, which are to be realized from recyclable mono-material sandwich structures.
